What is the MIN function?
The main function is categorised under Excel statistical functions. This function will return the minimum value in a given list of arguments or arrays. The main function is very useful in financial modelling to calculate debt schedules and depreciation schedules. It can be used as a worksheet function (WS) in Excel. The MIN function can be entered as a part of a formula in a cell of a worksheet.
